This Website Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how the 3DxVERSE website (the “Website”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit and interact with us online. It supplements the 3DxVERSE Project Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle personal data for all project activities.
1. Who we are
The 3DxVERSE website is operated on behalf of the 3DxVERSE project, co-funded by the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme under grant agreement No. 101168258.
Sustainably.io B.V., acting as Communication and Dissemination Work Package Leader for the 3DxVERSE project, is the Data Controller for all personal data collected through the 3DxVERSE website.
2. What personal data we collect through the website
When you browse our Website, we may collect:
- Technical data: IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, device type, operating system, and referring website.
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, scrolls, and download activity.
- Contact form data (if you submit a form): name, email address, message content, and any information you voluntarily provide.
We do not require you to create an account simply to browse our Website.

- Authorised staff and contractors working for Sustainably.io B.V. in their role as Communication and Dissemination WP Leader.
- Google LLC (for analytics purposes) under strict contractual safeguards.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
8. International transfers
Google LLC may process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
